（1）墙面和天花板选用可隔音、坚实、润滑、无空隙、放火、防湿、易清洁的资料。色彩选用淡蓝、嫩绿为宜。观片灯及药品柜、操作台等应设在墙内。墙面与平顶，墙面与地上及不同的墙面与墙面相交处的阴（阳）角，宜做成小圆角构造（R≧50mm），以防止积尘，便利打扫。

The viewing lamp and the medicine cabinet, the operation table and so on should be located in the wall. （2）门应宽大、无门槛，净宽不宜小于1.4m，便于平车出进，应防止运用易摇摆的弹簧门，以防气流使尘土及细菌飞扬。宜选用设有主动延时关闭设备的电动悬挂式主动感应门。窗应双层，好用铝合金窗框，有利防尘保温。窗玻璃以茶色为宜。

（3）洁净手术室的净高宜为2.8－3m，走廊宽度应不少于2.5m，便于平车工作及防止交游人员磕碰。

（4）地应选用坚固、润滑易冲刷的资料缔造。地上稍歪斜向一角，低处设地漏，利于排出污水，排水孔加盖，以免污染空气进入室内或被异物阻塞。应做到平坦、润滑、耐磨、耐腐蚀（酸、碱、药）、易清洁，可选用橡胶、聚氨酯涂料、树脂类板材等，少接缝，可防止污物及细菌的堆积，耐污易洁，脚感舒适，斑纹款式多样，设备及替换简洁。
